- Online Quotation System Customers enter their collection postcode, delivery postcode, and parcel details. The system calculates a price instantly using distance data from the Google Maps API and the company's own pricing rules
- Online Booking and Payments After accepting the quote, customers book the job and pay securely by card through Stripe. No phone calls needed, no chasing invoices
- Real-Time Delivery Tracking Once a driver is assigned to a job, customers can see exactly where their parcel is on a live Google Maps view. They receive automatic SMS updates at each key stage collected, out for delivery, delivered
- Driver Mobile App Drivers receive their jobs on a simple mobile app. They can see the full job details, get navigation to the pickup and delivery addresses, and mark jobs as complete with a photo of the delivery
- Operations Dashboard The office team has a complete view of all bookings, all drivers, and the live location of every active delivery. They can assign jobs manually, adjust routes, and handle customer queries quickly
- Customer Account Portal Registered business customers can see all their previous bookings, download invoices, and request repeat collections without going through the full booking process again
- Automated Invoicing Business accounts are invoiced automatically at the end of each week or month, with a full breakdown of every job
